Rosebuds Warranty & Quality Assurance

Choosing the right warranty terms is essential for building trust with your customers. At Rosebuds, we believe a mattress is an investment in your well-being. We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our products, which is why every Rosebuds mattress is backed by a limited manufacturer’s warranty.
Our goal is simple: to ensure you enjoy restorative sleep, night after night, for years to come.

1. Warranty Coverage Period
The duration of your warranty depends on the specific Rosebuds model you have purchased.
Note: The warranty begins from the date when you purchase the mattress

2. What is Covered?
This warranty specifically protects you against manufacturing defects arising from faulty materials or workmanship under normal domestic use:
* Core Structural Integrity: Any visible indentation or sagging greater than [1.0 or 1.5] inches that is not associated with an improper bed frame or foundation.
* Material Failure: Splitting, cracking, or natural disintegration of the foam or spring core that occurs despite normal handling.
* Manufacturing Flaws: Issues such as unravelling of the tape edge stitching or defects in the mattress fabric/zipper (reported within the first 30 days of purchase).

3. What is Not Covered?
To keep our promises sustainable, certain instances fall outside of our warranty scope:
Comfort Preference: A change in your personal preference regarding firmness or "feel" over time.
Normal Softening: A slight increase in the softness of memory foam or latex layers which does not affect the pressure-relieving properties.
Physical Damage: Tears, stains, burns, odors, or discoloration caused by spills, pets, or improper maintenance.
External Factors: Damage caused by using an uneven or unsupported bed base (cots with wide gaps between slats).
Unauthorized Alterations: Any repairs or modifications made to the mattress by third parties.

4. The "Pro-Rata" Policy
For long-term peace of mind, we use a fair pro-rata system for claims made after the first year:

Pro-Rata Guide
Total Warranty Period | Full Replacement Period | Pro-Rata (Partial) Period |
1 Year       Whole 1 Year    | None
3 Years      First 1 Year        | Next 2 Years
5 Years     |  First 2 Years      | Next 3 Years
7 Years     |  First 3 Years      | Next 4 Years
10 Years  |  First 4 Years      | Next 6 Years
15 Years   First 5 Years      | Next 10 Years

How Your Pro-Rata Credit is Calculated:
If a manufacturing defect occurs during the Pro-Rata Period, we provide you with a credit value that can be used toward the purchase of a new Rosebuds mattress. This value is determined by the remaining life of your warranty using the following formula:

 * Calculation: (Purchase Price) × (Remaining Warranty Years) / (Total Warranty Years).
Example: If you have a 10-year warranty mattress that cost ₹10,000, and a defect is confirmed in Year 6, you still have 4 years of warranty left.
Calculation: (10,000 \times 4) \div 10 = ₹4,000 Credit Value.
